Moonta bay is situated on the gulf coast of South Australia - about 1 hour 40 minutes north of Adelaide.

Annette and her family have been spending Easter there for about 6 years now so it's quite a tradition.
Despite living in Moonta and a kilometre from the camp grounds, Syd and Jan brought their caravan down and joined in. Annette and I have our own single three-roomed folding abode while Jim and Kate prefer to establish a village of small tents for themselves and Daniel and Emily.
Emily had her 15th birtday over that weekend so a cake was naturally in order. See the photo's below.
Moonta has a wonderful jetty which is taken over by the weekend fishermen. All hope for a feed of squid or garr but the reality is most are happy to wet a line. I certainly was.
The bay waters are calm and rich in wildlife including all manner of fish, squid and cuttlefish and of course, dolphins and shark.

But not all were happy with the catch...

The absolutly delightful Emily and that cake...

How do I tell them there is not going to be any for them...

It was a great Easter break
